A few days ago, Aaron Giles released version 3.0.1 of his DREAMM emulator.
DREAMM is a bespoke emulator for LucasArts games (complete list), including:
- original SCUMM adventure games (Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island, Full Throttle, etc)
- the early 3D adventure games (Grim Fandango, Escape from Monkey Island)
- mid-90s Star Wars titles (Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series, X-Wing series, Rebel Assault series, etc)
- Indiana Jones action titles (Desktop Adventures, Infernal Machine, Last Crusade Action Game, etc)
- late 80s/early 90s combat sims (PHM Pegasus, Battlehawks 1942, Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe, etc)
- other miscellaneous games (Pipe Dream, Afterlife, Mortimer and the Riddles of the Medallion, Outlaws, etc)
If you are new to the tool, I recommend checking the great documentation.
Over the last months, I used DREAMM quite a lot, and I never ran into issues. The most demanding game I was running was Curse of Monkey Island, and this ran very well.
